LINC - Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada

Free English classes for immigrants, permanent residents, newcomers in Toronto

We provide language training classes and settlement services to assist adult newcomers to attain the English language proficiency needed to fully participate and succeed in your new Canadian home community and economy.鈥齀n addition, the LINC program provides support services including transportation assistance (based on eligibility) and free Care for Newcomer Children (CNC).
