The event is free and includes admission, transportation, lunch/refreshments, and childminding.

Who is Invited: School Leadership Teams (Principals, School Councils, and Superintendents). Schools without a formal Council can send up to three engaged parent representatives.

Programming Highlights:
- Interactive workshops on School Council operations and the Treasurer's role.
- An Expert Panel discussing education trends and challenges.
- An IT Booth for in-person support with School Council emails and School Messenger.
- Networking opportunities with fellow leadership teams and PIAC representatives.
